How our mastering service works

When you export your mix from your DAW, pay attention to the following:

  • Remove all plug-ins (compression, equalization, limiting, etc.) from your master bus.
  • Maintain at least 6 dB headroom; adjust the master fader if necessary.
  • Export the mix as a WAV or AIF file that corresponds to the sample and bit rate of the session.

I am aware that by agreeing to the start of production before the end of the withdrawal period, my right of withdrawal expires. The legislator has decided that orders “made to measure” - which in our case means mastering, mixing and any changes to audio material according to the customer's wishes - are excluded from the right of withdrawal § 355 para. 2 BGB new version. Therefore, we cannot accept any orders without consent.
